1. Avalon Golf Club

A short drive from ICONA Avalon and ICONA Windrift, Avalon Golf Club in Cape May Court House is the perfect place for golfers young and old to eat, play, and celebrate.

Open from dawn to dusk daily throughout the year, the club accommodates golfers of all skill levels. The club offers four tees and a public 18-hole course featuring tight fairways, water hazards, and other challenges.

"Course conditions were excellent all around: lush fairways, rough is a bit long and thick but fair, bunkers seemed to have fresh sand, greens were in great condition. Greens are slower than other places we play, took some getting used to, but that makes them easier for us. Fairways seemed wide, trees are trimmed up, very few forced carries over water so you won't lose many balls here, and that helps with pace of play -- we finished 18 in 3-1/2 hours. Staff was friendly, carts seemed new and have GPS. Just a great experience all around, and we're already looking forward to playing Avalon again soon!"—Janet Westlund
