Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full value of the booked service.
- We understand that emergencies can happen. Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrival Policy
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary intake forms and ensure your service begins on time.
- Guests arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may be unable to receive their service and will forfeit their deposit.
- If you arrive late but we are able to accommodate your appointment, your service will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time, and the full service fee will apply.
- These policies allow us to remain on schedule and ensure every guest receives the exceptional experience they deserve. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
