Oceanfront & Corner Oceanfront Luxury King Studio

Please note: Our oceanfront hotel on the NJ shore offers 6 of these studios with 2 main layouts. The center Oceanfront Studios feature double doors with a stunning view the moment you walk in. The galley kitchen and an island are to your left with the living space straight ahead and the sleeping area and bath to your right. The balcony is located straight ahead in the center rooms.

In the Corner Oceanfront Studios, upon entering you’ll be in the galley kitchen area with your bathroom straight ahead. The main studio area with a small dining table, living & lounging area with sleeper sofa, and the sleeping area has views of a large wrap around balcony covering both the front and the side of the studio. North side balconies have views of the 78th St. side of the beach and the beachfront. South side balconies have views of the pool, Sandbar Village & the beachfront. Those who book online will choose from “Corner Oceanfront” or “Oceanfront” (center) before completing their reservation, and will be assigned an available Avalon hotel room in the category chosen.
