ICONA’s Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
At ICONA Resorts the health, safety, and comfort of all our guests and ICONA family has always been our top priority. The situation surrounding Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is rapidly evolving and the government and medical professionals are urging social distancing and ceasing non-essential social contact.
To help protect our guests, team members and community, ICONA is taking the difficult but necessary action to suspend operations at our Resorts and Restaurants until further notice.
Our team will be reaching out directly to all guests who currently have reservations during the closure to help*. We will still be taking reservations for future dates and will honor flexible policies should those reservations be affected by COVID-19. During the closure, please leave a detailed voicemail and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
We will all continue to monitor updates provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) and follow all governmental regulations. Should our re-opening date be required to change, we will update everyone as soon as possible. Please continue to follow us on social media for updates.

Please reach out directly to the entity you booked your reservation through to cancel. ICONA will be working with the third parties to refund all stays during ICONA’s temporary closure.
