ICONA Diamond Beach’s largest room, the Signature Double Studio, is perfect for guests who need a little more floor space, families with small kids seeking extra room for a pack-n-play, or groups of friends who prioritize quality time & entertainment together. This unique 1,100 sq ft studio features an open floor plan with living and kitchen/dining area all in one room. This spacious guest room offers plenty of light from 2 southern facing “Juliette” balconies* with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that can be opened up to enjoy the Atlantic breeze! 

Two plush queen murphy beds can be folded into the wall for extra room when not in use. A queen sleeper sofa allows accommodations for extra guests or provides a great lounging option while watching the massive 85" smart TV! 

Guests will also enjoy a small dining table, galley kitchen with stovetop, compact refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, Keurig coffeemaker, pots, pans & dishes for their convenience. The larger bathroom features raised toilet, bathtub shower combo, and vanity.

*Please Note: Juliette balconies open to enjoy the fresh air, but do not offer sitting space outside.
