This unique 1,100 sq ft ADA friendly studio features an open floor plan with living and kitchen/dining area all in one room. This spacious guest room offers plenty of light from 2 southern facing “Juliette” balconies* with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that can be opened up to enjoy the Atlantic breeze! 

Two plush queen murphy beds can be folded into the wall for extra room when not in use. A queen sleeper sofa allows accommodations for extra guests or provides a great lounging option while watching the massive 85" smart TV! 

Guests will also enjoy a small dining table, galley kitchen with stovetop, compact refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, Keurig coffeemaker, pots, pans & dishes for their convenience. The larger bathroom features raised toilet, bathtub shower combo with extra grab bars, and ADA compliant vanity.
